MHEZ:UAS, the Board of Trustees of the .C.It,- of Lodi on the
24th da;; of Wa--h, 1919, adap-.cd its Resolution, of -Intention
No. 19 for the improvement of locust Street from the East line of
Hutchins Street to the -vilest line of School stroe-L., and from the
East line of School Street to t1e West line of Suaxamento Street,
and from. the East line of Sacramento Street to t:2e East City
lirdta, being the 'West line of Cherokee Lane in said City of Lodi,
under and pursuz=t to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of
191111 and amendmento thereto, =d pursuant to 'Llo provisions of
the "ImproveacLt Bond Act of 1915" and amencbr.enta thereto, and to
the resolutions, notices and ether proceedin--, of said City clu],7
adopted a taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention being
hereby express-.,- made for further particulars; and

awarded and the 'Mrk to be done thereunder was thereafter duly
completed to the satisfaction of the Superinte&i.ent of Streets of
said City, and of this Board, whereupon a warrant. diagram and
assessment were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor
in time, form- 22:i manner as required by said act, and the

aggregating the total sum of 7,528.95, leaving a balance due on
account of said unpaid assesaaents of y 7,999.92 and

issuance of bonds as aforesaid before or at the time set for said
hearing, and no sufficient reason havin- been shorn w1iy bonds should

of unpaid assessments filed by the Superintendent of Streets ip in all
respects complete and correct, o eeptinE therefrom the assessments
paid since the filing of the sane as hereinbefore set forth;
BE IT RESOLVED, that said list of unpaid assessments as filed
by the Superintendent of Streets pas in all respects complete and
correct at the time of said filin:z; andthat since said time a-socss-
ments numbered: 9; 36; 53; 62; 73; 75; 76; 77; 85; 86; 67; 92; 94; 96;
97; 98; 99; 119. 120; 121; 122; 131; 153; 158; 160 and 161
have been paid.
And the Board hereby finds and determires that the unpaid assesa-
ments made rursuant to the proceedings taL-en under said Resolution
of Intention No. 19 and the aggregate amount of the same are as

RES OL IIT I ON NO. 71.
Providing for the issuwncu of improvemaint bonds to represent
ani be secured by asseszmerts made for the Cost of the work and im-
pro vu:zent3 made in and upon LOCUST STREET, from B~ztch i Street to
Cherosee Lane, in the City of Lodi, and to provide for the sale
thereof.
BE IT RESOLVED, by tr_E Board of Trustees of tr_� City of Lodi
as follows;
T= EAS, this Board of Trustees by its 2osolution of Intention
No. 19 providing for the Improvement of Locust Street from the
Eaat line of Hutehin� Street to the 7,est line of School Street, and
from the East line of School Street to the ;lest line of Sacramento
Street, and from the last line of Sacramento Street to the East
City Limits, being the "rest linne of Cherokee Lane in the City of
Lodi, determined that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments
and to bear interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum,
:could be issued thereunder in the manner provided by the "Improvement
Bond Act of 1915" and a-mendments t..ereto, and that the last install -
meat of :Yhich bonds should mature nine (9) years from the 2nd da;,
of duly next succeeding nine months from t::eir date, and
1=— EAS, the :pork to be done under said Eesolution of Intention
No. 19 has been completed to the satisfaction of the Su-perintendent
of Streets, and of the Board of Trustees: and the Superintendent
of Streets on the 20th day of October, 1919 filed with the Clerk of
the Board of Trustees a complete list of all unpaid assessments
