Pursuant to adjournment taken from the regular meeting of October loth, the Board of Trustees of the �;ity of Lodi met in adjourned regular session at 8 otclock P.M. on the date above written, all members present, 1. 7i. Shattuc]i� presiding. :'his being the date set in duly advertised notices for the reception of proposals for the constiUction of a sanitary sewer line according to the plans of the City Engineer along the Western City Limit, Sargent Road and 'Walnut Avenue to the main line sewer in Ketuleman Lane, the Board proceeded to publicly open the bids received which were as follows: Ed, Spiekerman T. E Clinch '.i.Tobin " n ". =1, Graham & Cor -pang Oak and Sewer Construction �o. X5,871.25 (S.G.V.611 -Conc.in lager) 11,172.00 S.G.V. throughout 8,485.50 Standard strength S.GV 9,485,50 Double strength S.G.V the 30 in.pipe, rest standard 7,121.00 Concrete throughout 3,776,00 Construction only,no pipe 6,087,50 Concrete throughout 9,602.50 S.G.V.throughout It appearing from the above that the proposal of Ed.Spieker- man was the best bid received, he was awarded the contract for the entire construction in accordance with his proposal by the passage of Resolution of Award No. 342 by the following vote: AYES: 'Trustees s,'eLtler, Nickok, hale, Spooner, Shattuck, NOES: :Mone A.BS21 T: None No proposals for re -roofing, the baths having been received, the Board laid the mat ter over until the next regular meeting. The verbal aonlication of Don 'Tonini for the card room license at the old Stag Pool Room location was granted on motion of Trustee Spooner, seconded by 'Trustee hale, ;sir. Tonini representing tgat he was the bona fide purchaser of the lease therefor and that the place muld be run in accordance with the ordinances of the City. In accordance with the recommendation of the City Treasurer, the sum of :38.07 was ordered transferred from the General fund to the Street Assessment Bond Fund by warrant as set forth in Resolution No. 343 then unanimously -adopted. The "Wisler audit Bureau" was employed to audit the accounts of the City by the passage of Resolution No. 340 adopted by the following vote: AYES: Trustees 'uettler, Hickok, 'Hale,Spooner, Shattuck,
