CITY HALL, CITY OP LODI,
Monday October 23, 1922.
Special meeting of One Board of Trustees was called for
0 o'clock 'R.1f, in tze manner stated in Ordinance No.l; Trustees
Hale, Hickok, 'rdettler, Spooner and Shattuck present.
The following resolutions were introduced and adopted by
the vote shown after each:

Resolution No. 335 approving the asseesment diagram for
Sacramento Street:
AYES: Hale, Hickok, Mettler, Spooner & Shattuck.

Resolution No. 336, finding the amount of the unpaid assess-
ments on Hilborn Street:
A'LS: Spooner, Mettler, Hale, Hickok, Shattuck.

Resolution No. 337 Authorizing the issuance of Bonds to
represent the unpaid assessments on Hilborn Street:
AYES: Hickok, Spooner, hale, Mettler, Shattuck.

assessments on 'Tokay Street:

Resolution No, 339 Authorizing the issuance of bonds to
represent the unpaid assessments on'Tokay Street:
AYES: :sale, Hickok,,.ettler, Spooner, Shattuck.
NOES: None ABSENT: None
Application accompanied by assent of bondsmen having been
filed by Clark & Henery Construction Company asking that they be
granted an extension of ninety days in which to complete their con-
tract on Cordier Street, the extension was granted for the time re-
quested on motion of Trustee Spooner seconded by Trustee Mettler.
Unanimously carried.
The Clerk read a communication from Clark & Henery Con-
struction Uo. guaranteeing to remedy any defects in the pavement
of Sacramento Street in consideration of the acceptance of the
job. It being the general opinion that there is no serious de-
fects in any of the construction and the Board 'holding that the
guarantee was sufficient. the letter was ordered filed and the
restrictions as to acceptance placed upon the Superintendent of
Streets October 16th were ordered removed.
Four building permits totaling $12,450,00 were allowed.
