the disturbance of his peace by the Pentacostal Church or "Holy Rollers"
but the Board informed him that there was no action that they could take
to abate the same, it being his only remedy to have the same declared
a public nuisance and abated therefore by the county officials.
Five building permits amounting to $20,875 were granted.
Resolution No. 187, A Resolution Transferring $50,000 from the
Improvement Construction Fund to the General Fund was then introduced
and passed by the following vote: -
AYES: Trustees, hale, Rich, Crose, Hickok, Rte, I.1ontgomery.
NOES: Trustees, Lone. ABSENT : Trustees, None.
On motion of Trustee Rich bills to the amount of X5,092.73 were
ordered paid as audited.
On motion of Trustee Hickok, the•City Engineer was instructed to
advertise for bids for -the laying of storm sewers along Hutchins Street
to Lodi Avenue and thence ;rest to the Stockton and Mokelumne Canal.
No further business appaaring, t oard adjourned at 9 o'clock
P.M.
