Delivery of 50 improvement Bonds of issue dated Jure
1, 1923, (Sewage Disposal Plant) ^ras authorized by the
passage of Resolution No. 420 by the following vote:-
AYES: Trustees, Spoone r,Hickok,Hale,Lflettier, Shattuck.
TOES: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustees, Slone.
Resolution 415 and Resolution of Intention No. 65, the
former adopting diagram of the district to be assessed for
the costs of the improvement of Garfield-Harold-(7entral imp-
rovement district, the latter relating to the same, both
having been passed and adopted August 20th,1923 were both
rescinded by the passage of Resolution No. 418 by the following
vote: AYES: Trustee s,Hals,Hiekok,Yettler,Spooner,Shat tuck.
NOES: Trustees, Done. ABSENT: Trustees, None.
The district diagram for the improvement of Garfield St.,
Hatold Street and Central Avenue under Resolution of Intent-
ion No. 66 to be later adopted was approved and adopted by

the passage of Resolution No. 419 by the following vote: -
AYES: Trustees, Spooner, Hickok,Hale, Ilettler,Shattuck.
iTOES: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustees, None.

rovement of Garfield Street, Herold Street and a portion Of
Central Avenue was then passed and adopted by the following
vote:
AYES: Trustees, Mettler, Hickok,Hala SDooner,Shattuck.
NOES: Trustees, None. B SENT: Trustees, None.
On motion of Trustee Spooner, seconded by Trustee Hickok,
the City Engineer and City Attorney were chosen delegates to'
the session of tre'I,ea.gue of California Municipalities at Coron-
ado California.
On Notion of -Trustee .'.settler, bills as allowed by the
auditing committee were ordered paid.
On Notion of Trustee Spooner, the wlixx rate charged the
Episcopal Church for water was reduced $1.00 and refund of
former c'l rge for same made at rate of "2.50 ordered made.
On motion of Trustee Hickok-, t?e Board adjourned until
7.30 P.M. of September 5th.,1923.
