ABSENT: Tr,Astees, None, Ordinance No. 147 ::as then approved and signed by the Pres- -of the Board. The lease of G.B,Vallerga on the northerly two acres of the sewer farm was ordered cancelled upon the payrent of twenty-five T dollars to 11�r Vallerga by the passage of Resolution I.e. 464 by the following vote -- AYES: Trustees, Shattuck, Roach, lettler, Hale and Spooner. G,A.Schroeder verbally complained to the Board regarding sto, 'Ppage of sewer line from the Alma Apartments; the matter was referred to the City E'ngineer and SuDrintend_trlt of Public Util- ities "or investigation. Reports of the City Plumbing Inspector and City Varshal were subirittued, read and ordered filed, also a detailed report of the operation of the se -wage disposal plant during canning season .,as given like attention.
