462 by the following vote:-
AYES: Trustees, Shattuck, Mettler, Hale, Roach and Spooner.
NOES: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustees, None,

UNDER ACE AIN CONTRACT DATED AUGUST 9th.,1922 "eras introduced
by Trustee Shattuck and passed and adopted by the following vote:-
AYES: Trustees, Shattuck, Roach, male, settler and Spooner.
NOES: Trustees, None, ABS: Trustees, None.
Two building permits for dwelling and garage were granted;
estimated cost to be $3,400.00,
Bills of Seagrave Company for new truck and E. H. Stark for
expenses, having been laid over from the previous meeting, were
allowed and ordered paid in the aggregate amount of $10,486.25.
On motion of Trustee Hale, the Board adjourned until 8.00
o'clock P.IT. of Tuesday, September 2nd., 1924, the first Monday
in September being a holiday.
