The City Attorney read a draft of a proposed aE;ree-
7,-ent to be entered into with 7-rle L. Van Buskirk reSardinF, the
use of
a well on the latters property by the City and 'the Pres-
ident =ra s authorized to execute the same by passage of the

Resolved that it is to the public interest for
this City to enter into an agreement with Zrle L. Van Buskirk
for the use of a certain -.vell owned by said party and the
?reaidant of this Board and the Clerk thereof are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the agreement as this
date presented by the City Attorney.
Cn notion of Trustee 'Mettler, seconded by Trustee
Roach and unan-'mDusly carried the above resolution was
a,,Prov--d and adopted.
On -o tion of Trustee Roach, seconded by Trustee
Illettler, bills as audited by the finance con=ittee were
allowed and ordered paid in the amount of $2,704.96.
. On motion of Trustee ?,'attler, the Board adjourned
until 8 o'clock P.M.. of Tuesday, September 8th., 1925 that
bein,o:-, the date of "he next regular meeting, the first
day in September being a holiday.
