to Central California -Traction Company,(a corporation), a spur track"
r;as then adopted and ordered published by the passage of Resolution
'x.165 by the folio dng vote: -

It appearing,from verbal notice of A.L.I,evinsky, Attorney for
_ Central California Traction Company, that there was a vault in the
plan for tre spur track contemplated in Ordinance No.125 whereby
said track would pass within eight feet of the existing platform of
the California Almond growers Association building, on motion of
Trustee Rich, seconded by Trustee Crose, and unanimously carried,
Ordinance Iao.125, entitled " An Ordinance sTa.^ting to Central Calif-
ornia Traction Company,(a corporation),a Spur Track" -Jas :rithdravm
and further proceedings relating thereto abandoned.
In lieu of the above ordinance, the same petitioner applied by
another petition for the grantir_g of an ordinance ;ranting them the
right to construct and oparate a spur track within the following
described lines:" Co=ancing for the center line of said spur track
at a point in the East line of Sacramento Street in the City of Lodi,
California, :rhich point of begi.2ning is 70 ft. north of the center
line of Daisy Avenue producad Rastarly to the East line of said Sac-
ramento Street; thence 1iortherly on a curve to the right of 125 ft.
radius to the point of tangent; thence through the point of frog 48
,ft. Northeasterly to the point of switch, in the center of said Cent-
ral California Traction Company's track 144 ft. ITorth of the point of
beginning, being 6 ft. .+est of the Last line of said Sacramento Street"
Complying with the petition neat above cited, the board adopted
Resolution duo. 166, directing the publication of a notice s-ating that
the board contemplated the granting of the matter petitioned for and
fixing i:ionday, August 15th.,1921 at 8.00 o'cloc'r. ?.L1. as the time
for nearing objections thereto. the said Resolution No.166 was passed
and adopted by the following vote:
