Ordinance Iio. 124, an ordinance entitled: "An ordinance z -_-%_:ting to Central California Traction Company, (a corporation), a spur track" was then adopted and ordered published by the passage of Resolution 110.165 by the follom. ng vote: - Ayes, Trustees, Rich, Hale, Crose and T.ontgomary. lioes, Trustees, Hone. Absent, Trustea, 3iekok. It appaaring,from verbal notice of 3.L.Levinsky, Attorney for r_ Central California Traction Company, that there was a fault in the plan for the spur track contemplated in Ordinance No.125 whereby said track mould pass within eight feet of the existing platform of the California Almond Gro:,;ers Association building, on motion of Trustee Rich, seconded by Trustee Crosa, and unanimously carried, Crdinance I;o.125, entitled " An Ordin3_.ca Granting to Central Calif- ornia Traction Company,(a corporation),a Spur 'Track" .las t-lithdracln and further proceedings relating thereto abandoned. In lieu of the above ordinance, the same petitioner applied by another petition for the granting of an ordinance granting them the right to construct and operate a spur track within the following described lines:" Co.^=encing for the center line of said spur track at a point in the East line of Sacramento Street in the City of Lodi, California, .rrie"r. point of beginning is 70 ft. North of the center line of Daisy Avenue produced Easterly to the Last line of said Sac- ramento Street; thence idortherly on a curve to the right of 125 ft. radius to the point or tangent; thence through the point of frog 48 ft. Northeasterly to the point of sivitcn, in the center of said Cent- ral California Traction Company's track 144 ft. Ilorth of the point of bezinning, being 6 ft. nest of the East line of said Sacramento Street" Complying with the petition next above cited, the board adopted Resolution No. 166, directing the publication of a notice stating that the board contemplated the o anting of the matter petitioned for and fixing 1%:onday, August 15th.,1921 at 8.00 o'clock P.E. as the time for hearing objections thereto. the said Resolution No.166 tva.s passed ( and adopted by the following vote: - Ayes, Hale, Crose, Rich anal i:ontaomery. i;oas, ,,one Absent,Hickok.
