HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 08-06-1923d12 Minutes wnorr�t ti The recommendation of the City Planning Commission that a certain plot for the sub -division of Lots 6 and 7 of the Lodi Barnhart Tract be approved was referred back to the Commission as the proposed street lines apparently intefered with future subdivisions in the same tract. The proposed contract with the Western States Gas and El- ectric Company providing for current delivery at the sewage disposal plant was laid over for two weeks. on motion of Trustee Mettler, the President was directed; to execute meter and transformer contracts with the General i Electric Company. The proposition for purchase of field equipment in the Northern and Southern Additions submitted by the W.S.G & E. Company to the Superintendent of Public Utilities was laid over indefinitely. The Easterly 20 feet of a piece of land west of and adj- acent to Lots 44, 45 and 46, Schroeder Tract was formally ded- icated for public use as an alley by the passage of Resolution No. 413 by the following vote: - AYES: Trustees, Hale,Hickok,biettler,Shattuck. NOES: Trustees, None ABSENT: Trustee Spooner. On motion of Trustee Hickok, seconded by Trustee Mettler, ten building permits a_gregating $24,250.00 were ordered grant - ad. Hills amounting to $26,835.37 having been approved by the finance committee, were ordered paid on motion of Trustee Mettler President J.W.Shattuck stated that he would be absent from the City for about two weeks and on motion of Trustee Mettler, Trustee Hale was chosen President pro -tem. on motion of Trustee Hickok, the Board adjourned until 8.o'clock P.M. of Monday, August 13th.,1923.
