"An Ordinance Amending Section 2 of Ordinance Number 39, as
Amended by Ordinances Iumber 89 and 92,11 was read and introduced for
passage and upon motion was laid on the table for not less than five
days.
The following resolution setting forth the intention of the
Board of Trustees to modify, c'r_ag?, establisri and re-establish the
grades of certain streets and avenues in the City of Lodi Was read
and adopted:

Upon motion o.f Trustee Keeney, seconded by Trustee Montgomery,
the foregoing resolution of intention to modify, change, establish
and re-establish the grades of certain streets and avenues in the, City
of Lodi, was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Black, :Tale, Keeney, Montgomery and Crose.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Clark & Henery Construction Company petitioned the Board to
grant t 1=.m an extension o; 90 days time in which to complete their
contract, dated the llth da- of April, 1915, for the improvement of
riortl School street, from the North line of West Elm street to the
north city Limits; and the alley ru-nrInZ east and west through block
14 in tate City of Lodi.
Trustee hale roved that the petition of Clark & F?enery Construe-
tior_ Company for ninety days extension of time for the completion of
tale improvement of North School street be granted, Trustee Crose
seconded the motion, and the same was adopted by the affirmative
votes of all members of the Board.
C. E. Peters was wanted permission to construct a d:+relling on
lot 12, block,46, Ivory's Addition.
Upon motion of Trustee Montgomery, seconded by. Trustee Keeney,
the Board adjourned to meet again at 8 o'clock .m., aturday, Tune
