Crose, Hictok and zicb- lUnutes of tne regular meeting of June 7th, 1920, were read and approved. E. P. Nickel applied ,or a license= to conduct a card room and pool hall at 19 West Elm Street, which upon Motion Of Trustee Rich, seconded by Trustee Hale, was granted, Trustee Crose voting no. Report of the City Plumbing Inspector for the month of May was read and ordered filed. 3. F. The dog nuisance and xatter of appointment of a poundmaster was discussed and it was decided to employ a poundmaster if a ran could be found to uhdertake the work. A petition asking for the improvemert of Lockeford Street, which was Piled June 7th and referred back to petitioners with re- quest to include the portion of said street from Sacramento street to the railroad, was filed in amended form with more than 51,740 of the frontage signed up, which was accepted and ordered filed.
