Monday , April 19th. ,1926
This regular meeti of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lodi was called to order at 6.10 o'clock PX on the above
date, Trustees HaleXettler,Roach,Shattuck and Spooner present,
none absent.
;Minutes of the regular meeting of April 5th. ,1926 and
the adjourned regular meeting of April 6Uh. were read, approv-
cd as read and so endorsed by the President.
PUBLIC FEARINGS-
' he Clerk read a petition sired by fifty property o,,ners
asci that the proposition for t'he purchase of-Loai "vAuional
Bay uildir>g be re-sux fitted to the electors of the City; on
motion of Trustee Shatt,_ick, seconded by Trustee Male, the .pet-
�thon ':^ac ordered tabled.
The finance co-.. ittee havizvr approved bills in the total
anount of $3 093.28, the same vrere ordered paid on motion of,
Trustee :'ettier, seconded by Trustee Shatttac'.
The City Attorney reported that pro -per deeds to the ?ands
about to be acquired for the openiAg of California Street .from
Lockeford Street to Daisy Avenue had been prepared and the
artotiints due to ovnars from district funds would be paid upon their
execution; the Board approved of the deeds as drawn and accept-
ed the lands for use as'a 7ablic streetthe pass ;e of Resol-
ution No. 496 " Resolution. nvprovi Deedsby and ncceptipg Lands
Described Therein from Argelb Castelo, ;`aria Focacci, A..drew
rutlick arid? enzel Bros." by the followinz�,-r, vote: -

The Board they_ proceeded to open the returns and canvass
the result of the votes cast at the reSalar municipal election
held Yondav, A-oril 12th„1926 Y,ith the results hereinafter set
forth in Resolution No. 495 .-

met at the council chambers of said Board on Mondav the 19th

elected officers, as a result of which the Board finds that the
nunber of votes cast, the names of the persons voted for, and
other matters required by lawn as hereinafter stated, now therefore;
