The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lodi for the third Monday in April was called to order at 8
o'clock P.I.. on the date first above written, President J.7T.Shat-
tuck presiding, all members present:
The minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of April 9th
were read and"approved.
Ito hearings were had under the head of Public hearings and
Protests and the Clerk reporting no commtnicaticns on his desk,
both of these orders of business were passed .

to -wit:
Grading, paving and constructing curbs and gutters on Stockton
Avenue, south of Tokay Street, in said City of Lodi, between the -
southerly termination of the present pavement on or near a line 221
feet southerly from and parallel to the northerly line of Lot No. 37 "
of the Lodi Barnhart Tract, as said Lot is shown on that certain "Yap
enti fled, "Lodi B rnnart Tract," and recorded in the office of the
County Recorder in Vol.3 of Ya -os, at Page 48, San Joaquin County Re-
cords, produced westerly across said Stock—.on Avenue, and the northerly
line of Vine Street in said City of Lodi, as crepared by the Engineer
of said City of Lodi and submitted this loth day of April, A.D.1923,
be, and the same are hereby adopted as and for Lite plans and speci-
fications for doirE; said work.
