already erected such building without a permit.
The report of the City Pluz-fting Inspector fcr the month of
,Careh was read and filed.
The application of F.E.1.eyers for a permit to store 50 gal.
of gasoline was referred to a committee consisting of Rich,-'ale,ar.d
Black.
A proposal from Western States Gas & Electric Co. to purchase
7 poles from the city for $6o.00 was referred to Public Utilities
" ,.mm -:it tee.
The request of Ed Spiekerman for a lease for a specified
time on the city lot on S.Sacramento St. eras referred tc the Committee
of t.^e Rrhole.
On notion of Rich.the Superintendent was authorized to
pure^ase sufficient 211 pipe to lay ,eater main's on fhsbktor. Ave.
By resolution,the Board adopted the palt and accepted the
alleys in clock: 16 of the Lodi Barnhart Tract.
The opinion or Attorney Jones or, the Mat*er of bonding for
street improvement was read and filed.
