In the matter of the purchase of land from R.P. Barbour: The Clerk re-oorted that deeds hid been prepared one to City and one to Anna Heil, the latter being deposited with himself, and on motion of Trustee Hale seconded ov Trustee Mettler, payment of 7_j, the full price of the land , $1,2CO.00 to R.P. Barbour and Mary C. Barbour tis wife, vias authorized by the passage of Resolution No* - 492 by the folloring vote: - AYES: Trustees Hale4ettler Roach,Shattuck & Spooner, NOE'S: Trustees: None. ABSt�t: Trustees. None, After limited discussion by representatives of c=ent and asphaltic -oaving concerns as to heir relative merits, the Board retired as C=.. i'[1tee of the ;'!hole to consider the tyre of pavement to be used in LockLeford Street and in the 'test end of Pine Street and on their return to the Council Chambers, the President announced that they had decided to continue with the asphaltic type and would adopt specifications therefore. Trustee Shattuck, seconded by Trustee Roach, introduced Resolution No. 70-A, A Resolution Adopting Plans and Specifications for the vement of Portions of Lockeford Street, Stockton Street a�?Wraoshington Street and the sane was adopted by the fol- lowing vote: - AYES: Trustees. Trustee Shattuck, seconded by Trustee Roach, introduced Resolution No. 70-B Resolution Approving District Diagram for the district to be Lsessed for to Pay the Costs and Expenses of the Improvement Provided by Resolution No. 70 to be later - Adopted and the same was adopted by the following vote:- , AYES: Trustees, S-li&ttuck,Roaol,,Halelleftler.S-000ner. NOES: Trustees, None. ABSM: Trustees , Mone. At this time Trustee Hale introduced Resolution of Intent- ion No. .70 and the same was approved and adopted by the following 1 vote: - AYES: • Trustees Hale; Shattuck, Mettler, roach and Spooner. NOES: Trustees, None. - ABSENT: Trustees, None, page �170trrofcopy hese mthis Resolution of Intention follows on Reports free the Marshal and Poundmaster were read and ordered filed without comment, Report of the fire chief for the quarter ended March 31st., was also read and ordered to the files. Four building permits aggregating $ 2,650.00 were ordered granted. Bills in the amount of $ 9.336.29 -as approved b the finance committee were ordered paid on motion of Trustee Shattuck, seconded by Trustee Mettler. On Motion of Trustee Y'attler the Board adjourned until 8 o'clock P.M. of Thursday, April tth.,1926.
