of the City of Lodi met in adjourned regular session at 1,30 P.M.
on thr day and date above written and on call of the roll, there
were present, trustees Montgomezy,Crose, Hale, Hickok ani Rich.
After discussion it was decided to paint the exterior of the bath-
house, providing the cost would not exceed 0200.00
Trustaa Hiokok-, seconded by Trustee Rich moved that so much of
-1-esolution N0.123 entitled " A resolution approving plans,specif-
i3ations and diagram for the improvement of Main Street and of
Seaton Ave." be rescinded in so far as same concerned the improv-
ement of Main Street. the motion was unanimously carried.
Plans, specifications and a district diagram having been pro -
pared by the City Engineer, Trustee Crose, seconded by Trustee
Hickok, moved the adoption of Resolution No.129

WHEREAS, L.F.Barzellotti, City Engineer of this City of Dodi,
has prepared certain plans and specifications for the improvement of
MAIN STREET from the South Line of Lockeford Street to the North Line
of Lodi Avenue, And
W12REAS, said City Engineer has also prepared a certain diagram
delineating the extent of the distict, to be assessed for the improve-
ment of said Main Street,
