Pursuant to adjourn-r+ent from the regul.ar meeting of
April 7th.,1924, the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi
net in adjourned regula-r session at 8 O'clock 2.1. on the
date and at the place first above written, President J.W.
Shattuck presiding, Trustees Hale, Hickok,"lattler,Spooner
and Shattuck present. Bone absent.
:air Ray representing Johnson 3rothers,.agents for the
Sawall Cushion Iffineel Company addressed the Board on the
desireability of equiping the new fire truck with that
product. The Board decided to rostpone action in this cutter
as
as well/on the options permitted by the Seagrave Company
until their next regular meeting.
On motion of Trustee Hickok, seconded by Trustee
Spooner, SJr C.Lee Peer. -was authorized to complete the
de»catering plant, his experimental plant 'raving proved to
be satisfactory. This work to be in accordance with his
"alternative proposal.." accepted by resolntion passed and
adopted on :,larch 17th.,1924.
In the matter of proposed operating economies in
the operation of the sewage disposal plant; lir Peck being
present, presented a schedule of his suggestions. after
discussion, Trustee Hale moved the adoption of ?esolution
No. 450 and the 'same was adopted by the following vote: -
AYES: Trustees, Hal e,Hickok,Mettler,Spooner,Shattuck.
i.0 ES: Trustees, ?Tone. ABSENT: Trustees, Mone.

iod stated in his "Su;r¢ested Economies in Operating the Sew-
age Disposal Plaut. Possible Sale of Products", a copy of
which is attached hereto and made part hereof; payments
thereunder to be made on claims duly filed, audited and al-
lowed by the said 3card of Trustees.
No further business appearing, the Board adjourned
on motion of Trustee Hickok.
