Resolved: that the President of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi and the City
Clerk of said City be and they are hereby authorized and directed to give notice according
to law of a General Municipal Election to be held in and for the said City on Monday the
13th day of April, 1908, the polling place to be at the building known as the City Hall and
Jail, on Sacramento Street between Lockeford and Locust Streets; the publication of said
notice to be provided in Ordinance No. 29 in the Lodi Sentinel, a news paper published in.
said city.
The officers of said Election shall be as follows:
Inspectors: W. A. Young and F. J. Lease
Judges, G. H. Greenwell and G. W. LeMoin
Clerks, B. F. Woodson and O. J. Hemphill
Ballot Clerks, H. s. Clark, Sr. and John Acker
The foregoing Resolution was at an adjourned regular Board of Trustees of the City of
Lodi duly adopted and passed by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees J. M. Blodgett, F. O. Hale, C. A. Rich and L. Villinger.
Hoes: None Absent: None
I hereby sign, approve and attest the foregoing resolution this 237a day of March, 1908.

The matter of St. Sprinkling and Advertising for bids for same was referred to the Street
Sprinkling Committee, Hale, Rich and Villinger.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the Board do now adjourn till Monday evening,
March. 30, 1908
