BE IT RESOLVED, loy tr;.e Board of Trustees cf the City of Lodi, as follows: -�;aSAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi on the 22nd dsj of September, 1'319, adopted its Resolution of Intention ITo. 26 for the improvement of, South School Street from the South Line of - Oak Street to the 17orth Line of '.7alnut Street, and from the South Line of walnut Street to the North tine of Lodi Avenue, and from the South Line of Lodi Avenue to the City Limits on the South, in said City of Lodi, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" and amendments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other -proceedings of said City/ duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention being hereby ex-miressly made for farther -:-,articalars; and the contract, for said work and Improvement was duly aviarded and the work to be done thereunder was thereafter duly com- pleted to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Streets of said City, and of this Board, whereupon a warrant, diagram and assessment were :wade,, recorded and delivered to the contractor In tire, -e, form and manner as required by said act, and the contractor having made ,due return thereon and same Laving been duly recorded; and 41 TZ -1_-R AS, on the 5th day of LlarcL, 1920 the Street Superinttenlent of said City made and filed with the Clerk of this Board a complete list of all assessments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assess- ments or diagram numbers thereof, whereupon said Clerk gave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said Notice Monday the 15th day of March, 1920 at the hoar of 8 o'clock and the regular meeting place of said Board of Trustees, to -wit: The City Hall in said City of Lodi as the time and place respectively men interested persons mi sit appear before the Board of Trustees mad show cause why bonds should not be issued upon t_e secazity of the unpaid assessments shovm on said list, said time being that of a regular meeting of said Board, and iL:MAS, it satisfactorily appears from the affidavits produced that the Clerk of this Board has caused to be given due notice by posting and publication as required by law of ':,e filing by the Superintendent of Streets of the list of all unpaid assessments .made under said resolution �f Intention :To. 26 of said City; and riyaS, since said filing by the Superintendent of Streets of the aforesaid list of un -?_id assessments, tris following assessments have been paid to the proper officer of the Cit,, to -mit: Assessment numbers 29; 30; 49; 52; 82; 84; 92; 105; 107 and 108 and 73. aggregating the total sum of 4i '.907.9 leaving a balance clue on account of said unpaid assessments of 1 1878,82 and wd- BHBaS, no protests or ob„ections we_e presented against the issuance of bonds as aforesaid before or at the time set for said hearing, and no sufficient reason having been sho:•rs 7hy bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments aggregating the total sum of � 1878,82 and it further appearing that said list of uuraid assessments filed by the Superintendent of Streets is in all respects complete and correct, excepting therefrom the assess- ments paid since the filing of the same as hereinbefore set forth; BE IT EZZOLVED, that ss' d list of unpaid assessments as filed by the Superintendent of Streets aas in all respects complete and correct at the time c:! said filing, and taut since said time assessments numb - eyed: 29; 30; 49; 52; 82; 84; 92; 105; 107; and 108 and 73 have been paid. BE IT RESOLVED, 'Zy the Board of Tru teas of the City Of Lodi, as follows: :1�RUAS, this Hoard of Trustees by its Resolution of Intention No. 26 providing for the Improvement of South School Street from the South Line of Oak Street to the North Line of dalnut Street, and from the South Line of Walnut Street to the 'forth Line of Lodi Avenue, and from the South Line of Lodi Avenue to. the City Limits on the South, in the City of Lodi, deteraLined that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of seven per cant per annun, would be issued thereunder in the manner provided by the "Im— provement Bond Act of 1915" and amendments thereto, and that the last installment of v&ich bonds should mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding nine months from their date, and wH EREAS, the work to be done under said Besolution of Intention
