The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in adjourned regular session. at 8:00 p.m., there being present Trustees Hale, Buck., Keeney, Deaver and Folendorf. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Building permits were granted as follows: MrS.W.H.Sherman, addition to dwelling at 411 East Flora St. F.G.Cary, to remodel dwelling at 121 West Pine St. E.J.Hatton,dwelling lot 6, block 8,Hutchins Oak St.Addition. E-T.Hatton,garage lot 6, block 8, Hutchins Oak St. Addition. Richard Squire,dwelling lot 3, block 4,City of Lodi. W.D.Voorhies R -c Son, bakery lot 3, block B,Barnhart Tract. j In the Batter of W.J.Robinson for a spur track: JRESLOVED, That it appearing to the satisfaction of this, the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, by the affidavit of F.P.Roper, the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the Lodi Sentinel, that Ordinance No. 84 has been printed and published in the Lodi Sentinel, which is a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published tri -weekly, in the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California. for one time, in the manner required by law, in accordance with this, the Board of Trus- tees of tie City of Lodi, which said resolution was duly passed and ad- orted Est a due and regular meeting of this Board of Trustees, held on the 21st day of February, 1916; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this, the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi,County of San Joaquin, State of California, does find, and it is hereby found as a fact, that Ordinance No. 84 has been pub- lished for the time, and in the manner required by law; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that said Ordir_a.nce No. 84 having been finally passed by this, the Board of Trustees of the said City of Lodi, be, and the same hereby is, finally passed and approved by this, the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi, and the President of this Board of Trustees be, and he hereby is, ordered and directed to approve the same. I, the undersigned, W.J.Robinson, to whom your Honorable Body granted a Franchise, in, by and under Ordinance No. 94, passed by your Honorable Body, do hereby file rY written acceptancce of the aforesaid Ordinance. WHEREAS, Henry Perrin anti Cul?s errin, both of Lodi, Cali- fornia, a copartnership doing business under the name of Perrin Brothers, did, on December 31st, 1915, offer and agree to sell to the City of Lodi, a certain strip of land in Block No. 30, City of Lodi, ;F,ith a barn thereon, for the sum of 4700; and WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi, in ad- journed regular Session this 28th day of February, 1916, believing that thp-^archase of the above mentioned land, more particularly described as all that portion of Lot Number Two (2), Block No.Twenty- N?r'-° ( 20"), City of Lodi. lying east of the One -Quarter Section line of Section 1, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, M.
