Trustee :,Tattler then introduced Resolution of Intention
No. 61 in the Natter of the improvement of Hutchins and :'alnut Streets
and the same ;was passed and adopted by the following vote: -
AYES: Trustees, :.:ettler, Hale, Shattuck.
:10ES: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustees, Hickok, Spooner.
On motion of Trustee Llettler, the Superintendent of Public
Utilities was authorized to extend ?Tater and Sewer service to that
part of the Lodi Barnhart Tract South of Mine Street.
On motion of Trustee :Tale, the Superintendent was also auth-
orized to have a well drilled at the site of the sewage disposal plant.
No further business appearing, the Board adJourned.
