The re Talar meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Lodi .,vas called to order at 8 o'clock P.M. on the date above written,
President J.�V. 3hat tuck presiding, Trustees Hale, 'Te.tler.and Shattuck
present,.Trustees 'Spooner &F-ickok absent.
The minutes of he adjourned re�ralar meetings of December 20th,
December 26th, January Lnd.,and January8thwere read and approved.
F.H.Cordway asked that he be allowed to connect a pump in
the 77orian's Syndicate with the ',V.S.G. & E. Company's lines but was
informed that if he set the motor in the City he would have to con-
nect it with the City's lines.
Cornelius =arb applied for the position as caretaker at tho
sewage disposal plant; arplication ordered filed.
Secretary L.?.Barzellotti a.ldressed a letter to the Board
transmitting the resignation of ',,7.E.Thompson as a member of the
City 'tanning Comm*ssion ; t,e co=unication also stated that the
CoT-mission had also decided to allow the Dapper trees to remain on
Oak Street. 24o action taken.
Resolution No. 61-3, Establishing curb grade and elevation
on Hutchins Street and on Walnut Street 'Rest of Hutchins Street was
then introduced, passed and adopted by' the following vote: -
