The regular meeting of the 3Dard of '-r-astees of the City of
Lodi was called to order by the President at 8 o'clock P.M. and
on call of the roll there were present Trustees, Crose, _-Eale,
-7ichok and 11ontgomery; Trustee Ric, absent.
In the matter of the proposed construction of a tool shed
and storage room on the City lo! facing East Locust Street: in
answer to published advertisementcallingfor proposals to furr.-
ish labor and materi_,' and to construct the same, the follcwing
bids were received: -

mento Gas Company on South Sacramento Street, against r,,hich a
protest had been filed, in sanitary c^nditio-_ as far as
their inspection of the same --.,ou.1d show c-nd what they had no
jurisdiction in the z:atter.

of Trustees, Crose, _Hickck, .--:_ le and !:ontgomery, Trustee Rich
