BE IT RE;OLV�D, b7 the Boa~d of Trustees of the City of Bodi, as follows: 71E=A, , the Board of T: �zst'ees of the Cit; of Lodi on the 2nd da„7 of Jure, 1919, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 22 for the improvement of Saera.^:eato Street from the -South line of LoeLre- ford Street to the Cit `.i:nits on the :forth, in said City of Lodi, ender and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" ar_d-aiendmerts thereto, and pursuant to the provisions of- the fthe "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" and amendments thereto, ani to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Cit;, duly adopted and taken, reference to said 3ezoluticu of Intentior� being hereby expressly made for further particulars; a_rd : EE'.._1:::AS, the contract for said work and improvement was duly awarded and the work to be done thereunder was thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Superi _tendert of Streets of said City, and of this Board, Vaereupon a rrarrant, diagram and assessment were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor in time, form and manner as required by said. act, and the contractor having made due return thereon and the same having been duly re- corded; and WHEMIHLAS, on the 15th da;; of December, 1919 the Street Superin- tendent of said City made and filed with the Clerh of this Board a complete list of all assessments unpaid thereunder upon the respect- ive assessments or diagram numbers thereof , whereupon said Clerk gave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said Notice Monday the 5th del of January, 1920 at the hour of 8 o' clock --P. tI., and the regular meeting place of said Board of Trustees, to -shit: The City Sall in said Cit; of Lodi as the time and place respectively when.: interested persons might appear before the Board of Trustees a~d show cause rthy bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments sho= on said list, said time being that of e regular meeting of said Board, and �7E:tiA5, it satisfactorily appears from the affidavits produced that the Clerk of this Board has caused to be given due notice by posting and publication as required by law of the filing b7 the Superintendent of Streets of the list of all unpaid assessments made under said Resolution of Intention .To. 22 of said City; and +te a AS, since sail filing by the Superintendent of Streets of the aforesaid list of unpail assessments, tha foll•:�:ving assessments have been paid to the proper officer of the City, t o -wit : Assessment numbers: -one aggregating the total spm. of 33cme leaving a balance due on account of said unpaid assessments of 1)? 6,399.11 and :i --z no protests or objections vete presented against the issuance of bonds as aforesaid before or at the time set far said hearing:, and no sufficient reason having been s:Iovm wb7 bonds should not be issued upon the _ecvxity of said unpaid assessments eggzegating the totPl sett of �Y' 6,,399.11 , and it further appears ng that said list of unna.id assessments filed by the Superintendent of Streets is in all respects com_�lete and correct, excepting the_efrom the assessments - paid since the filin¢ of the same as heroinbcf ore set forth; BE !T 3-Z301IX- , that said list of unpaid assessments as filed by the Superintendent of Streets was in all respects .complete and correct at tae time of said Pilin>-; and t^at wince said time assessments numbered: 1T one have been raid.
