In the matter of tie improvement of Eden Streets as under-
taken under Resolution of Intention 240. 52, it appearing that notice
of the filing of the Street Superintendent's List of unpaid -ssess-
ments had bean published as required by law, said r:otice stating
among other things that any and all persons interested might appear
on Tuesday, t:.e 2d day of January, 1923 at the hour of 8 o'clock
P.Y. before tae Board of Trustees in the Council Chanter in the
City Hall and protest against the issuance of bonds to be secured
by the unpaid assessrents on tae said -7den Street; no protests having
been filed -;nth the Clerk and no prctestants appearing, the Board
proceeded to authorize the issuance of bonds by the passage of Re- ? r
solution 368, as filed in the proceedings taken in connection with
the improvement of said street, by the followirg vote:
AYuS: Hale, Hickok, '.settler, Spooner, Shattuck.
MOSS: None A=ITT: Hone.
It also appearing that the date for protest against the
issuance of bonds to be secured by the unpaid assessments on Flora
Street (Resolution of Intention No. 60), had been set for the same
time and in the sane manner as the preceding, and no persons ap-
pearing in protest, the Board proceeded to authorize the issuance
of bonds by the passage of Resolution i'o. 369 as filed in the pro-
ceedings taken in connection with the improvement of said street,
by the following vote:

Bills amounting to 412,856.73 having been approved bythe
Finance Committee, were allowed aril ordered paid on motion of
Trustee Hale; claims of Tokay City Garage and Lodi Sentinel laid
over for further information and claim of firs. N. A. Find for tax
refund not allowed.
On motion of Trustee ?Iettler, the Board adjourned to 8
o'clock P.M. of January 8, 1923.
