HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2017-36RESOLUTION NO. 2017-36 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ALAMO ALARM COMPANY, INC., FOR ALARM INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE AT THE LODI PUBLIC LIBRARY WHEREAS, the Library requested informal proposals for a five-year full-service alarm installation and maintenance agreement for the Lodi Public Library; and WHEREAS, the sole proposal was received from Alamo Alarm Company, Inc., and was evaluated by City staff; and WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Alamo Alarm Company, Inc., for a five-year term in an amount not to exceed $28,162. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement with Alamo Alarm Company, Inc., for full-service alarm installation and maintenance, in the amount not to exceed $28,162 for a five-year period.
