HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2016-157RESOLUTION NO. 2016-157 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR THE VINE AT VINTNER'S SQUARE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, TRACT NO. 3865 WHEREAS; The Vine Subdivision is bounded by Lower Sacramento Road, Taylor Road, Westgate Drive, and the northerly property line of the Vintner's Square Shopping Center; and WHEREAS, the gated development consists of 57 single-family residential lots; and WHEREAS, the developer, The Grupe Company, has elected to construct Unit No. 1 of this two -unit development consisting of 33 single-family residential lots; and WHEREAS, The Grupe Company has furnished the City with the improvement plans, necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and the required fees for the proposed subdivision; and WHEREAS, Development Impact Fees will be collected as part of the building permit process prior to issuing a certificate of occupancy for each single-family residence in accordance with Lodi Municipal Code 15.64.040; and WHEREAS, this project is part of the Community Facilities District No. 2007-1; and WHEREAS, staff recommends approving the final map for The Vine at Vintner's Square, Unit No. 1, Tract No. 3865. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve the final map for The Vine at Vintner's Square, Unit No. 1, Tract No. 3865.
