HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 3048RESOLUTION NO. 3048 AWARD - WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened by the City Clerk of this City on April 20, 1967, for the construction of White Slough Water Pollution Control Facilities as described in the speci- fications therefor approved by the City Council on February 15, 1967; and WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked and tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager, as follows: WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award be made to the lowest responsible bidder, C. Norman Peterson, per Schedule IA and Schedule 2; and WHEREAS, the United States Department of the Interior, Federal Water Pollution Control Administration concurs in the recommendation and has authorized award of the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, C. Norman Peterson; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that award of contract for the construction of White Slough Water Pollution Control Facilities be and the same is hereby made to C. Norman Peterson per Schedule IA at a cost of $ 2, 445, 980 and per Schedule 2 at a cost of $145, 872, making a total cost of $2, 591, 852. Dated: May 3, 1967 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 3048 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held May 3, 1967, by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Brown, Culbertson, Walton and Hunnell Noes; None Absent: Mayor Kirsten City Clerk 3048 Schedule IA Schedule 1B Schedule 2 C.
