Appointed members from both the Lodi Hospital Board of Directors and members of the Hutchins Street Square Foundation Board have met quarterly, alternating locations, for the past nine years overseeing the operations of the Adult Day Care, and recently adding the charge of Camp Hutchins and the therapeutic swim program. We feel that it is imperative that representatives of our two non-profit organizations work closely to insure the success of this senior program. As chairman of the Old Lodi Union High School Site Foundation Board, I would suggest that we ask two members of each of our Boards and the site directors to meet quarterly to review and critique the progress of this valuable service. To that end, with your Board's approval, I would like to set that first meeting, pending appointment of your representatives, for Wednesday, December 5, 1990 at the Senior Information Center at Hutchins Street Square. We'll host the lunch beginning at 12 noon and expect the meeting to last no more than an hour and a half. We're pleased with the community response to the senior programs that are offered at the Square and hope that jointly we can continue to improve our service to the greater Lodi area. Sincerely, Dennis G. Bennett, Chairman Old L.U.H.S. Site Foundation DGB/tm HUTCHINS AND OAK STREET / 125 S. HUTCHINS, SUITE A / LODI, CA 95240 / 209-333-6782
