HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2013-222RESOLUTION NO. 2013-222 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING CITY OF LODI PUBLIC WORKS TRANSIT POLICY FOR PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS ON THE GRAPELINE FIXED ROUTE SERVICE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve the City of Lodi Public Works Transit Policy for the "Personal Care Attendants on the GrapeLine Fixed Route Service," as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this policy shall become effective December 19, 2013. At the December 18, 2013, City Council adopted the following policy allowing free fare for PCAs: POLICY This policy allows PCAs to travel for free on the City of Lodi's GrapeLine fixed route service when accompanying a passenger holding a discounted fare card and approved for assistance by a PCA.
