No action required. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning Commission meeting of June 23, 1999: a) Approved the modification of Use Permit U-75-12, a parking lot in a residential zone for Jack-in-the-Box Restaurant located at 419 W. Lodi Avenue. b) Recommended to the City Council the request of Del Smith/Bridgehaven Partners for: 1) A General Plan Amendment to change from an MDR (Medium - Density Residential) designation to a NCC (Neighborhood Community Commercial) designation, 2) A Zone change from a PD (Planned Development) to a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial), and 3) A Use Permit allowing expanded alcohol sales and expanded outdoor entertainment for the existing Wine and Roses Country Inn, located at 2533 West Turner Road. C) Recommended to the City Council the request of D&B Kettleman Partners for: 1) Approval of a General Plan Land Use Amendment to modify an existing "O" (Office) land use boundary, 2) A Zone change from RCP, Residential Commercial Professional and R-2, Residential Single -Family to PD(33), Planned Development, and 3) A Vesting Tentative Subdivision map for Sasaki Property a 99 -lot, medium -density and a 55 -lot, low-density, single-family subdivision, all to be located at 1549 & 1611 West Kettleman Lane. APPROVED: � H. 15ixon Flynn -- City Manager CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION a' d) Approved the request of Lodi Unified School District to create two parcels from one existing lot at 53 South Cherokee Lane, Assessor's Parcel Number 043-160-08 (Lincoln School) e) Approved the request of Delmar Batch for a Tentative Subdivision Map for Century Meadows IV, a 29.85 acre, 137 lot single family subdivision located at 2360 West Century Boulevard. f) Approved the request of the RPM Realty Services, Inc., for a Tentative Parcel Map to create four (4) parcels from one (1) at 2449 West Kettleman Lane (northeast corner of Kettleman Lane and Lower Sacramento Road).
