A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY
COUNCIL SETTING THE CITY OF LODI
ELECTRIC UTILITY'S ENERGY EFFICIENCY
PROGRAM TEN-YEAR TARGET
WHEREAS, per Assembly Bill 2021, State law requires publicly -owned electric
utilities to identify all potentially achievable cost-effective energy efficiency savings; and
WHEREAS, State law requires publicly -owned electric utilities to set targets for
energy efficiency every four years to cover the following ten years; and
WHEREAS, Lodi Electric Utility staff has identified a target of 34,791 megawatt
hours of electric energy savings from 2014 to 2023, or 0.75 percent of total utility energy
usage during this period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby
adopt a resolution setting the City of Lodi Electric Utility's energy efficiency program ten-
year target as required under California law as outlined above.
