LODI, CA 95240 85061489 S N JOAQUIN COUNTY ECOROER'S OFFICE J MES° M:JOHNSTONE 1945 SEP 12 PM 3: 20 !£GORO )4TRF FEE • 11.39 hili I ORDER VACATING POPTIONS CF LILAC STREET IADI, CALIFQRNIA WfIERXAS, under the provisions of Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of this state, a local agency may surmiarily vacate a streeti?eing superseded by relocatipn,, and WIGS, the Woodbridge Circulation Plan adopted as an amendment to circulation element of the Lodi General Plan on February 16, 1983, after public hearings before the City Council and the Planning Ccnvdssion, includes the realignrrent of Lilac Street as shown on the attached Exhibit A; and WK9FWA5, the same plan was adopted by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors on April 14, 1982; and WHEREAS, the tentative map for the Woodlake Subdivision was approved on the condition that its streets confprm to the Wocdbridge Circulation Maps and WHEREAS, the devel.QW of Woodlake prepared a Final Map in conformance with the tentative map aro is providing the necessary saLdivision agreements and improvement securities which inclµ3e the realignrrrent of Lilac Street; NOW, TKEMURE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the findings and under the authority of Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the portions of Lilac street not included in the streets within the final map of Woodlake Unit No. 2, Lodi, California (see attached L-�hibit B) are abandoned for pgblig use, with the cpncitions set forth belpw. 1) The abandonaent shall not be considered completed until the acceptance of the improvements in 14codlake unit No. 2 by the Lodi City Council. 2) This abandonment shall have no effect upon public utility easements previopsly acquired or to Le granted as part of woodlake Unit No. 2.
