OFFICE OF CITY ATTORNEY
V44ERZAS, the term of office of QIINT WEST as City
Attorney w i 1 1 expire on the 31st day of December, 771y38 by
reason of the limitation stated in. Resolution No. 8f.7 as passed
and adopted in this City Council on the 1st day of March., 1937;
IE IT RESOLVED, that the said GLEI•'N WEST be and he
is hereby reappointed to the office of CITY ATTORITEY CF THE
CITY OF' LODI for the calendar year ending DECEI°BER 31, 1939
Reference is here made to Ordinance yo. 237. of the City of Lodi
creating such office.
