RESOLUTION NO. 976
RESOLUTION TRP N SFERRING F TJDS
WHEREAS, the City of Lodi did, on the 7th day of June,
1.977, advance the sum of ''01, 010.00 from its General Fund for the
acquisition of Lots numbered eight (8) and nine (9) in the
Eecicnan Tract for the purpose of opening Tokay Street from
Sacramento Street to South School Street in said City, and,
WHEREAS, this City has also advanced the sum of
from the said General. Fund to be used. in theppreparation of plans
and. the making of the surveys necessary for tlae opening and
widening of Tokay Street and for the opening of South Church
Street of which said sum of yP390.00, the sum of 4x190.00 was
expended for these purposes on Tokay Street and the sin of
$200.00 was expended for said purposes on bouth Church Street, and,
WHEREAS, the advance of said moneys was made in con-
templation of reimbursement from moneys accrued and. to accrue to
said City from gasoline tax moneys to be allocated by the State
of Calif ornia for the opening and widening of said Tokay and
Church Streets, and,
VIIEREAS, said moneys have been allocated and are now
deposited in the City Treasury to the credit of the Special
Gasoline Tax Fund. , therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of '01,400.00 be, and the
same is hereby ordered transferred from the SPECIAL CIASOL,INE
TAX ''U "D TO THE GENERAL 1 [JND of this City in payment to said
Gene ral Fund of the moneys advanced as heretofore recited.

same was regularly passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of said Council held
on the 7th day of November, 1938 by the
