RESOLUTION NJ. 972.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP
WHERE',, there has been presented a man of a new subdivision
in the City of Lodi bearing the name of "KESSEL SUBDIVISION
NO. 2" and,
WHEREAS, said map has been approved in tentative form by the
City Planning Commission and this map is practically identical
in form with the tentative map and has been checked and approv-
ed and bears all certificates necessary to allow the same to
be recorded with the Bounty Recorder of San Toaquin County as
a legal subdivision in said County;
BE IT RESOLVED, thst this Council approves this map and in
token of such approval, the Mayor and City Clerk shall sign
the same and return the map to the subdivider for recorda-
tion.

Certified to have been regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held
Septemher 6, 1938, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilrrpn Spooner, Clerk, Graffi a, Weihe and Steele.
Noes; Councilmen, None.
Absent : Councilmen, None.
