HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 948In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California RESOLUTION NO. 948 IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF HENRY FINK ET AL FOR REZONING OF REAL PROPERTY IP; THE CITY OF LOM WHEREAS, on the 21st day of December, 1937, Henry Fink and others filed a petition asking that the Southerly 100 feet of each of Lots 23 and 24. in Block 10 of the Lodi Barnhart Tract be removed from the Multi -family Residence Zone to the Commercial Zone; and, WHEREAS, said petition was referred to the City Planning Commission and by said Commission returned to this city Council- with its recommendation that said petition be granted, and, WHEREAS, this City Council caused notice to be published in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 238 wherein it was stated that a public hearing would be held upon said •petition at 8:00 o'clock P.ij. of Monday, February 7, 1938 and. that persons objecting to said change in zoning could file objections thereto up to the said hour and (ate, and, WHEREAS, no objections_have been filed with the City Clerk: or presented to this city Uounci1 and this City Council has now jurisdiction to order the change. in zone made in accordance with said petition; BE IT RESOLVED THAT such petition be granted and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby directed to draw an amendment to said Ordinance Ma 238 and present the same to this City Council for adoption. 0 Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No. 948 of the City Uolncil of the City of Lodi as passed and adopted in a regular meeting of said Council held on Monday, February 7, 1938 by the following vote: AYRS: Councilmen, Spooner, Graffigna, Clark, Weihe and Steele NOES: Councilmen, None ABSENT: Councilmen, None City Clerk DATE): February 7, 1938
