RESOLUTION NO. 904
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED
TO TAE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the City Council

BLAKELY, City Clerk thereof, for and on
hereby authorized and directed to sign,
the purposes of a public highway to the
described real property:
of the City of Lodi, County of San
STFLE, Mayor of this City and J. F.
behalf of this City, be, and they are
execute and deliver a Grant Deed for
State of California of the following
Portions of the northeast quarter (N.E. 1) of Section 3, T3N., R6E.,
M.D.B. & M., lying northeasterly of the Southern Pacific Railroad
Company's right of way, and of Lot 54 of the "Gerard Tract," a sub-
division situtated in Section 2, T3N.9 R6E., M.D.B. &M., according
to the Official Map or plat thereof filed for record August 8, 1916,
in Volume 8 of Maps and Plats a t page 62, San Joaquin County Records,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the westerly line of said subdivision
with the northeasterly line of said railroad right of way, said inter-
section bearing S. 00 22' E., 105 feet from the northwest corner of
said Lot 54 and the northwest corner of said Section 2, and also bearing
N. 00 22' W., 22.06 feet from Engineer's Station 6 53.3 of the center-
line of the Department of Public Work's survey at Lodi Lake, Road
X -ST -53-B; thence, from a tangent that bears N. 570 26' 50" W., along
the northeasterly line of said railroad right of way by a curve to the
right with a radius of 2835 feet, through an angle of 10 23' 5011, a
distance of 69.13 feet to a point 40 feet northeasterly at right
angles from said survey centerline; thence S. 720 34' E., 55.59 feet;
thence, along a curve to the left with a radius of 1160 feet, through
an angle of 290 4011, a distance of 602.54 feet to a point in the
southerly line of said Lot 54 and the centerline of the existing
public road along said southerly line; thence, along said center-
line of road the following courses and distances: S. 420 45'` W. 69.38
feet, S, 850 45' W. 195.69 feet, S. 890 15' W. 119.79 feet, N. 750 15'
W. 98.34 feet and N. 760 45* We 95.30 feet to the northeasterly lih.e
of said railroad right of way; thence from a tangent that bears
N. 58° 24' 50" W., along last said northeasterly line by a curve to
the right with a radius of 2835 feet, through an angle of 00 58' , a
distance of 47.8 feet to the point of commencement.
Containing 0.230 of an acre, more or less, exclusive of area in
existing public roads.
