A special meeting of the City Council havins begin
called in accordance with the ?revisions of Ordinance No.161,
rhe City Council of the City of Lodi met at 10.10 A.':i. on
the date and at the place first above written, Councilmen
Hale, Roach, Teihe and Spooner present, Councilman Shattuck
absent.
The Council proceeded', in company with the Architect,
to inspect the Fork on the new additions to ,he Tod] Public
Library, reported as completed by the contractor.
After inspection of the building. Councilman Jeihe,
seconded by Councilman Hale, moved the adoption of the following
resolution:
RESOLUTION X10. 561.
A Resolution Accepting .fork Done under Contract
with D.T.?(isner for Additions to Lodi Public
Library and Directing the Filing of Formal Notice
of Completion.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lodi:
That the additions to Lodi Public Library made under
contract dated June 8th. ,1928 with T.T.:: is ner as Don_tractor
be, and the sane are hereby accepted as completed;
Resolveds also that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby directed to file formal notice of the completion
of said contract with the County Recorder.
The foregoing Resolution No. 561 �7as thereupon passed
and adopted by the following vote :-
AYES: Councilmen, Hale, Weihe,Roach L Spooner.
::OTS: Councilmen, None. ABSENT: CcuncilTMan,Shattuck.
Cn motion. of Councilman :Veihe, the City Council
adjourned at 10.50 A.Y.
