advertise Lor the purchase of a combined rollergrader and scari-
fier fcr use of the Street Department of this City,

by law for the reception of sealed bids for the purchase of said
roller, Grader and scarifier, said notice to specify that the
successful bidder will make an allowance equal -to the rental paid

adjusted; said amounts being as follows:-
