Lots 7 and'8, Block 3 of said original City situate at the Northeas corner of Pine Street and Pleasant Avenue as pay- ment of $20,000 upon total purchase price of $100,000" BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that, for the purpose of holding said election, there shall be two voting precincts established: Consolidated Voting. Precinct "A" consisting of a consolidation of State and County precincts Numbers 1 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and the polling place thereof shall be at City Improvement Building No; 103 South School Street and the officers to conduct said elect- ion at said polling place shall be : David Todd Gillmor, 427 West Elm Street Inspector; Cora I. Raines, 111 West Lodi Avenue, Judge; Mary A. Rails, 322 West Walnut Street Clerk, Consolidated Voting Precinct "B" consisting of a consolidation od State and County precincts Numbers 8, 9 10, 11 and 12, and the olling place thereof shall be at William Saiegalkoff's Garage, South tockton Street. near Pine.Street and the.off .oers.,.to conduct said election at said polling place shall be Mable Dunsmore, Inspector; Emma E. Perrin, 1b So. Stockton Street,Judge; Clara L. Vkatson,237 Flora Street, Clerk. The register to be used at said special election shall be the printed index to the Great Register of San Joaquin County as pre- pared by the County Clerk for the General Election of November 2nd., 1926. Said special election shall be had and conducted and the return s thereof received and canvassed at the time and in the manner provided by the law governing elections in sixth class cities in the State of California in -so -far as said law may apply. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to procure supplies necessary and publish such notices as may be required and incur, such incidental expenses as may be necessary to obtain a fair and impartial election.
