Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 2010-34RESOLUTION NO. 2010-34 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING CONTRACTUAL CONSUMER PRICE INDEX -BASED ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT TO RATES FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION WHEREAS, pursuant to Lodi Municipal Code Chapter 13.16.110 (Ordinance No. 1709), the schedule of rates for solid waste collection shall be established and adopted by the City Council from time to time by Resolution; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Lodi Municipal Code Chapter 13.16 — Solid Waste — as It relates to solid waste collection, new monthly rates are hereby established, as more fully shown on Exhibits A, B, C, and D attached hereto, which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all of the rate schedules attached marked Exhibit A, B, C, and D shall be effective on all bills which are prepared on or after April 1 2010; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, following adoption, this Resolution shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi.
