Gus KuchIs was refused a license to conduct a card room at Mo. 119 tiorth Sacramento St., upstairs. A certificate was received from San L. Ro'ers, Director of the U. S. Census, certl :i:l._Iy that the population of the City of Lodi, taken as c January ist, 1920 is 4850. Fire Chief' Stark's report of fires for the month of Novem- ber was read and ordered filed. :RESOLUTION L0. 112.
