RESOLUTION NO. 1086
RESOLUTION OF AWARD - POLICE RADIO EQUIPMENT
VvhEBEAS, in accordance with proceedings heretofore had
before this City Council, sealed bids or proposals for the
purchase of certain radio equipment for use of the Police
Department of this City as described in the sppecifications
therefore as approved. June 4, 1941 by resolution No. 1080, were
regularly received and publicly opened and declared in a regular
meeting of this City Council held July 16, 1941, and,
INHE]-i.EAS, immediately after the opening of said bids
as aforesaid, this City Council referred the szme to the City
Engineer for consideration an6 to report his findings thereon on
Wednesday, July 23, 1941 and said City En3ineer has so reported
to this City Council, therefore,
13E IT RESOLVED, that all of said bids so received. be,
and the same are hereby rejected save and except the following,
to which bidder is hereby awarded the contract to furnish said
equipment:
B UNTON AUTOMOTIVE SEHVICE, Inc., Items Numbers I
and II of the specifications and of said Company's
proposal. To LAMPKIN LABORATORIES, on Item No. IV
of the specifications and of said company's proposal.
(No award i s made herein as to Item III (Coaxial line)
This City Council hereby declares the above to be the
lowest and best bid received.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
No. 1086 was regularly introduced, passed and
adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the
City Council of said city held on Wednesday, the
23rd day of July, 1941 by the following vote:
