RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF RECREATION COMMISSION.
1 WERZAS, a Recreation Commission was established in this City by the
2 adoption of Resolution No. 1017 on the 20th day of December, 1939, three
3 of the Cownisaioners to be appointed by this City Council from a list to
4 be submitted by the Civitan Club of Lodi and two of said Commissioners to
5 be appointed by this Council without recommendation, and,
0, WHEREAS, the said Civitan Club has this day submitted its recommendation
7 and the names of the three persons therein suggested meet with the approval of
8 this City Council, to.wit, the names of W.H. Crosswhite, Kenneth L. Lobaugh
9 and Clifford Be Bull and furthermore, this City Council believes that Earle
10 L. Crandall and B. W. Fuller are fit and competent to be appointed to member
11 ship. on the said Recreation Commission, therefore,
12 BE IT RESOLV&D, that W. R. ClIDSSW$ITE, I TH L. LOBAUGR, MIMEDB.
13 BULE,.EARLE L. CRANDATTL AND B. W. FULLER, be, and they are hereby appointed
14 and confirmed as members of the Recreation Commission of the City of Lodi.
15 The Commissioners herein. -appointed shall serve for.such"term of office
16 as set forth in the said Resolution No. 1017 as they may determine by lot,,
17 immediately, upon such determination, they shall report to this .City Council
in writing, stating the terms of office of each member as so ascertained.
The City Clerk shall give notice to each of the above named appointees
