RESOLUTION NO. 1004.
WHEREAS, it appears on evidence satisfactory to this
City Council that Tax Sale No. 470 dated June 29, 1925 of the W2
of W a of E 2 of Lot 59, Barnhart Tract, in the name of G. W.
Driver, was made through error, inadvertance and mistake and that
title to the property described in the certificate of said sale
was thereby clouded to the injury of the present owner thereof;
BE IT RESOLVED, that said Tax Sale No. 470 and the
certificate of tax sale now of record in the office of the City
Clerk of this City and in the office of the County Recorder of
San Joaquin County, California,be, and the same is hereby cancelled
together with taxes levied in the two years next subsequent to
the date of said sale.
The City Clerk as custodian of the City delinquent tax
records will make proper entry of this cancellation on said
records and forward a certified copy of this resolution, with the
cbnsent of the City Attorney annexed thereto, to the County
Recorder of San Joaquin County as an order to release said sale
on the county records.

do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Resolution No. 1004 of
the City Council. of the City of Lodi as adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 7th day of September, 1939 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen, Weihe, Spooner, Clark, Graffigna,
and Steele
NOES: Councilmeh, None
ABSENT: Councilmen, None
