City of Lodi, noir therefore be it ,-
RESOLVED, that it is the sense of t_Is Board of Trustees that
soma of ti,.-_' Liberty Bonds, balongi:ig to the City of Lodi, be sold in
order to secure ready cash for current expenses, and It 13 further
RESOLVED, that the President of the Board of Trustees be, and
ha is rereby, aut orized and instructed to sell, from time to time,
such nu:ibar of liberty bonds as in -he judgement of this Board of
Truat�es, may be deemed necassary, for the purpose aforesaid.
Dated this 21st day of July, A.D. 1919.

seeonde'. by Trustee Morehead, adopted by the affirmative votes of all
members present..

The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened pursuant to
adjourzi:..e t of July 21st, at 8 01Clock p.m. ; there beim present

absent.

City &-ginear Barzellotti presented a "Diagram indicating by
boundary line the extent of territory to be included in the district
to be assessed for the improvement provided for said district by
Resolution of Intention to be numbered 25," which dia�;ram was approved
and a:'02ted by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Crose, Montgomery and Black.
Noes: 2;one.
Absent: Trustees Hale and Morehead.
RESOLUTION 4DOPTI*PG PLANS AND, SPECIFICATIONS.
RESOLVED, that tha plans and s.)reifications for the irprovement
Of Oak street, in said City, from a line 165 feet west of the gest
lire of Slain street, to the west line of Cherokee lane, it being the
C17y Limits on the East, excepting however, such portion as is re -
qui: ed by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or cora-
puny _laving railroad tracks thereon, submitted by L. r^. Barzellotti,
City Engineer, be, and the same are hereby adopted.
Upon ?potion of Trustee Montgomery, seconded by Trustee Crose,
the foregoing resolution was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees iontsomery, Crose and Black.

Absent: Trustees ?sorehead and hale.
