[RELEASE
WHEREAS, in a certain memorandum of agreement, dated March 5, 1919, in a certain case pend-
ing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, wherein the Cameron
Septic Tank Co. and Hubert D. Wyllie are plaintiffs, and the City of Shelbyville is defendant, at Law,
No. 864, it was agreed, under certain conditions and provided no municipality of over five thousand
(5,000) population should after said date be admitted to membership in said League to have benefit of
the settlement, that upon the payment to the said plaintiffs of the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)
Dollars on or before September 1, 1919, plaintiffs would thereupon immediately release each member of
the National Septic Process Protective League, as shown by the books of the League on September 1,
1919, from any and all claims of infringement, damages and profits or otherwise arising in any manner
under the Cameron patent No. 634,423, dated October 3, 1899; and
WHEREAS, said plaintiffs did in that memorandum of agreement agree to issue to each such mem-
ber of said League, through its Secretary, an individual full release of all claims of every character
under said patent; and
WHEREAS, there has now been paid to said plaintiffs the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dol-
lars, in accordance with and as provided in said memorandum of agreement; and
WHEREAS, the municipality of_ ... _... _..... _... _... _.......... _ _Za4.1..,....or.,
is and was, prior to September 1, 1919, a member said National Septic Process Protective League, and
is entitled to receive from said plaintiffs an individual full release of all claims of every character,
against said member as to itself or anyone else, under said patent.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the undersigned, Cameron Septic Tank Com-
pany, by and through its proper officers, and the undersigned, Hubert D. Wyllie, do hereby release said

from any and all claims of infringement, damages and profits, or otherwise arising against said
member as to itself or anyone else, in any manner under the Cameron patent No. 634,423, dated Octo-
ber 3, 1899, or under or growing out of anything else whatsoever to the day of the date of this release,
and hereby acknowledge full payment, settlement and satisfaction of all claims of every character what-
soever agamst.:d member as to itself or anyone else, under or growing out of said patent, or under or
